Craftin' Outlaws

The sixth annual Craftin’ Outlaws alternative craft fair takes place today at the Gateway Film Center until 5:00 p.m. With 50 regional crafters selling everything from handmade necklaces and screen printed T-shirts to beer soap and bacon candles, this daylong affair is equal parts community supporter, DIY-inspirer, and camaraderie propeller. Christmas is 10 weeks away. Nothing boosts a local economy more than buying handcrafted gifts created by individuals who are reinventing the American Dream one factory-free item at a time.
