Market at 15th and High

This afternoon I stopped by the Market At 15th And High, a new farmer’s market on the Ohio State campus. Nestled in the Wexner Center Plaza, it takes place on Thursdays from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. through the end of October and features fresh, locally grown items from Central Ohio farmers. It’s managed by Jaime Moore of The Wayward Seed Farm. Participating fruit and vegetable farmers include Wayward Seed Farm, Hirsch Fruit Farm, and VanScoy Farms. Sycamore Circle Heritage Farm offers soaps and teas made with farm-grown herbs, Anderson Orchards carries vibrant fresh-cut flowers, Luna Burger sells artisan veggie burgers, and Petite Boulangerie stocks wood-burning-oven baked breads. All of the market’s profits directly benefit the vendors.
